Nikki Holland was born in Wellington, New Zealand in 1981. They moved around PNG evry few years and have lived in Mt Hagen, Lae, Port Moresby, Madang and Goroka. |
Tim Ware was born in Hobart, Tasmania in 1981. He built himself a go-kart which he spent hours on and padocks which made good tracks. Tim's other love is computers. |
Us Now:
We met each other in 2001 at a tenpin bowling alley in Moonah, Tasmania.
We got setup by friends of ours and are very grateful they did.
Tim worked as a furniture upholsterer for Top Form Furniture in Hobart and I was learning the art of Hospitality thanks to my parents owning a small coffee shop in Kingston.
After our first year together we decided to make the moved to Melbourne, Australia to expand our minds.
We rented a house in the suburbs of Glen Waverley and lived their for 5 or so years before moving to the lovely suburb of Lilydale to build our Business.

Our Cats:
We have 2 boys which are our babies for now.
Monti and Albert are both 2 years old and are both very different from each other.
Monti is like a baby, loves cuddles, pats and boxes. Sleeps in any empty box he can find.
Albert is the oposite, will give you attention when he wants. Loves his food and anything that moves.
