AOC Clan Wars Australia: PtK vs SISU – 18.10.2009

Monday, October 19th, 2009

Last night I got the chance to play my very first clan based war on the pc in a half life 2 mod called Age of Chgivalry. Our clan nicknamed “Pleasure to kill” tag:PtK, named after the second studio album by German thrash metal band Kreator. Enjoyed an epic win over their rivalries SISU.

PtK’s first proper Age of Chivalry war against SISU was a very close match which narrowly avoided going into a decider by winning at stoneshill with only 6 seconds remaining!

After another tight battle on darkforest, PtK managed to defend enough to take a 1-0 lead into the stoneshill match. Well done to all players invovled.. Very epic game, heaps of fun. check out the mod here: http://www.age-of-chivalry.com it’s a free..

Tims music site update!

Friday, June 19th, 2009

I have finally gotten around to updating music by Tim Ware web page. I have added lots of new features including a image & video gallery for various photography I have been taking over the years of my guitars and studio setups. There’s also a new video vault for my new up and coming video channel.

I have been busy in the studio over the last few months trying to complete my next album Hanging by a String.
Unfortunately I have been inundated by work and had put my music on hold for a while until recently.

I have also just rearranged the studio and will have new pics online soon…

Stay tuned….

World’s first flying car prepares for take-off…

Monday, January 19th, 2009

Is it just me or is there suddenly more interest in flying cars recently? Here’s yet another example. Unlike the moller skycar the Terrafugia is more like a plane. So you would need an airstrip for take off! (tad inconvenient) Then as I previously posted there is also the crazy brit’s with there Parajet Skycar, who are still currently on the adventure from London to Timbuktu. Best of luck to all the projects out there, it’s always nice when talking about a future with flying cars to actually have examples such as these.

Is it a car? Is it a plane? Actually it’s both. The first flying automobile, equally at home in the sky or on the road, is scheduled to take to the air next month.

If it survives its first test flight, the Terrafugia Transition, which can transform itself from a two-seater road car to a plane in 15 seconds, is expected to land in showrooms in about 18 months’ time.

Its manufacturer says it is easy to keep and run since it uses normal unleaded fuel and will fit into a garage.

Carl Dietrich, who runs the Massachusetts-based Terrafugia, said: “This is the first really integrated design where the wings fold up automatically and all the parts are in one vehicle.”

Adventurers Travel From London To Timbuktu In Flying Car

Thursday, January 15th, 2009

A team of adventurers has launched an expedition to travel from London to Timbuktu by flying car. The group, led by Neil Laughton, will make the 6,000km (3,600-mile) journey by land and air in the Parajet Skycar, effectively a dune buggy with a fan motor and paragliding wing attached.

I am definitely building one of these… That’s just 2 cool. Maybe slightly more aerodynamic however!!

Thursday, January 15th, 2009

2009 is getting off to a flying start with the launch of the SkyCar Expedition from London to Tombouctou on the 14th January.
The SkyCar is the brain child of Giles Cardozo, the Managing Director of Parajet.
It is the first two seater, high performance, road legal, bio-fuelled flying car; capable of providing rally car performance on and off road and light aircraft performance after just a few minutes of wing preparation.

A Great Libertarian Song

Monday, August 25th, 2008

Great song about propaganda within the Government school system by Tom Paxton.

What Did You Learn In School Today

Tom Paxton

What did you learn in school today, dear little boy of mine?
I learned that Washington never told a lie
I learned that soldiers seldom die
I learned that everybody’s free
That’s what the teacher said to me
And that’s what I learned in school today
That’s what I learned in school

What did you learn in school today, dear little boy of mine?
I learned that policemen are my friends
I learned that justice never ends
I learned that murderers die for their crimes
Even if we make a mistake sometimes
And that’s what I learned in school today
That’s what I learned in school

What did you learn in school today, dear little boy of mine?
I learned that war is not so bad
I learned about the great ones we have had
We fought in Germany and in France
And someday I might get my chance
And that’s what I learned in school today
That’s what I learned in school

What did you learn in school today, dear little boy of mine?
I learned that our government must be strong
It’s always right and never wrong
Our leaders are the finest men
So we elect them again and again
And that’s what I learned in school today
That’s what I learned in school

The definition of a “Tool”

Monday, August 11th, 2008

HAHA
Idiocracy sure is alive and kicking..
This definition of the word “Tool” seems very accurate to me..

Are Government’s purely driving mandkind down to the lowest common denominator?
